PawHavenLux Return & Refund Policy (No-Refund Policy)
Effective immediately: PawHavenLux does not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items (including change of mind, wrong size, or order error). Please review size charts and product details carefully before purchasing.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Full Refund or Replacement)
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or send a free replacement (your choice).

How to report: Email support@pawhavenlux.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include: order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product/packaging.

Return shipping (if required): We’ll provide a prepaid label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for non-defective items. If your product is defective, we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order ships to the European Union, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under applicable law. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact support@pawhavenlux.com to initiate. (This statutory right is separate from our no-refund policy and applies where required by law.)
Refund Timing for Approved Cases
Once your return (if required) is received and inspected—or once defect is verified via photo evidence. we’ll approve and issue your full refund within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@pawhavenlux.com.
